I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

We had a variety of things to be done around the including installing light fixtures, new fire alarms, and a new security system. He was extremely knowledgeable on every one of our projects and finished everything we needed in two visits. I couldn’t recommend him enough for any of your home handyman needs! We will continue to use Shane for all of our projects around the house!

My well pump stopped bringing up water and I had them come out and take a look. I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong (and turned out to be right) but regardless all they were willing to due was replace the entire pumping system without diagnosing the problem. I don't disagree that yes, ideally a brand new pump probably would give me less trouble down the road and potentially even be a better long term value. That said, everyone's circumstances and situation are different and especially right now, with many Americans just hanging on out there, businesses should try to be sympathetic to that; those who are thrive in this environment. For me I needed water asap with a 3 month old baby inside, and I wasn't looking to invest in upgrading the whole system as this is not my forever home. I ultimately found someone else to do the repair that was needed the next day. I'm sure these guys do good work based on other reviews and I would consider them in the future but they are not very sympathetic and seem to be more in the business of install than repair. They collected a large (relative to others in the area) service call fee to do what they could have done over the phone, sell me a new system without ever diagnosing my problem. My dad works in the home service industry and says unfortunately this is all to common, homeowners are desperate and when a single option is presented they naturally believe it's the only one available. Companies come out, tap their screwdriver around a little and say Yep, she's fried... Going to need a new one. Always be weary if the ONLY option presented is to fully replace, especially if they don't know what the problem is. I hope the owners read this, reflect on the occasion, and think how they could have went about it all differently. I hate to think of a less diligent customer feeling the pressure that their method applies. I think they can do better.

The Tech they sent to my house was very well mannered, clean, professional. However I am a little take aback at the charge for installing an $88/10 minutes to change part. And THEN wanted to take the part with him AFTER a person on the phone had made a remark about a used part being sent incorrectly as they explained why they didn't show up on Friday as scheduled to fix it. Due to the outrageous mark up on the $85 part and the delay in service I cannot recommend these guys. I smell deception to be honest.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

On a recent Saturday I decided to fix the leaking faucet in our bathtub. For some reason I had convinced myself that this would be a relatively simple sort of non-event . . . Long story short . . . brass is a soft metal . . . . damages easily if you don't have the right tools. When I determined that the valve I had damaged when removing it was essentially an antique not carried by any of the usual home improvement stores in the area . . . . and . . . that I could not turn my water back on until the problem was fixed . . . I threw in the towel and called Johns Plumbing. The gentleman that answered the phone asked me what kind of valve it was and I said it was a Central valve to which he replied that is a pretty difficult valve to find without going to a supplier that deals specifically in plumbing parts . . . .we have 3 of them in the shop in inventory and have been there for quite some time . . . . I will tell our guy to pick them up before coming to your house. The repairmen showed up about an hour and a half later (on Saturday) and after comparing the 1st 2 valves he had with him determined that the 3rd one was an EXACT MATCH!! I actually teared up in a moment of silence . . . he then got us back in business with running water in less than 30 minutes. Very nice overall experience . . . reasonable pricing . . . and again . . . on a Saturday! GREAT JOB!

This business has a great reputation that is well earned. They have been to our house for repairs to our toilet and to our bathroom sink. They are professional and always take precautions to keep your floors protected by wearing booties over their shoes. Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. We have recommended their company to family and friends.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
