I utilized Bumble Bee to fix my kitchen faucet. Javier was the specialist who provided my service and he was amazing! First off, he was very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. He was knowledgeable about the products needed to fix my faucet, very understanding of me wanting to keep my Delta faucet (and not purchase a new one). He went above and beyond to contact Delta, ordered the parts needed and will be returning to continue the job once my parts arrive! All smiles the entire visit! I extremely impressed! They came the same day. Roman was super friendly and explained what needed to be done and the cost before he started. He was very quick to fix the issue and they cost was affordable.

I have lived in my home for 7 yrs w/ no plumbing issues, until our water heater stopped working. I called BF plumbing, they came right out and were very easy to work with on the sales side. The plumber Roger upsold me on the warranty, which should have been my first indication this company is shady. Now I have air in my water lines and Roger came back and said it was impossible to have my issue with a water heater replacement. It is very hard for me to understand how I just coincidentally am having this issue directly after the replacement. When I explained that I just wanted my issue fixed Roger said he couldn’t help me, turned around and walked away into his truck. Unbelievable unprofessional and just unnecessary. Oh, this was the day after they scheduled me and forgot the previous day. Use these guys at your peril!!!
