I made an appointment with this company because my friends used them and they provided excellent service for them. My appointment was made a week in advance. The day of the appointment just before the cut off time I provided for availability I received a call. Letting me know that a bigger job was scheduled and there was no time for me. I agreed to reschedule two days after the original appointment. Technician was to be here between 10-4. Pretty much all day. Received a call at 3:30pm notifying me the technician would be at my property in 1hr 45mins. I wasted an entire day for a phone call. Rescheduled my appointments so I could be at property when the technician arrived. Now they ask it I would be ok to forego my evening and dinner time?!?! or reschedule for another day?!?!?! As the old saying goes, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! No thank you.I am lucky not to have had a plumbing emergency that needed attention. I wanted to “test” this company for future use and they failed miserably on the following: The schedulers lie, told me I was going to be priority because my original appointment was rescheduled. Poor communication the day of appointment, poor management of their technicians, lack of sensitivity toward the customer needs.If you choose to call this company and schedule and appointment, beware. I would not recommend them based on my experience. I wasted two business days that I will never get back because of them. You could be next!

Excellent and quick service! Josh was out here within a couple of hours after we called, he quickly communicated the problem and had an answer immediately on how to fix it! He also fixed two other problems while here! Definitely recommend this company!!

We got new counters installed and was not aware that we needed to hire our own plumber for reinstall. Got a tip about Proforce and they were there the next day to do my install of faucet and disposal.

Sun City Action Plumbers were very personable and professional service. Surveyed each job and gave an estimate of price to fix. Encouraged us to watch and gave us tips for future use. Would highly recommend.

Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. We called Plumbing Masters and they sent out Eric Hirsch, with 40 years of plumbing experience. He was very prompt coming to our home. He immediately inspected the situation and explained to us the problem. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.

They were prompt in coming out to do an underground drain repair and explained up front the pricing and the final pricing after install matched without any surprises. Being new to AZ we've found alot of services just overpriced as assume we aren't educated, but not the case with Trusted plumber. Very fair price, showed up on time and was wrapped up 30min ahead of schedule on a 3hr job. Will definitely be my go to plumber going forward.

Can't say enough great things about Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing. I noticed some pooling water in my front yard. Dug around enough to see it was beyond my DIY. Called Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing. Jacob was here within an hour or so. Found the leak at the connection of the water main into the house. About 4 feet down in muck since it had been leaking for awhile. Was here about six hours and left at 8:30 last night. I very much appreciate the prompt response and dedicated service that does things the right way.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.
