Eddy and Alex were great! They did a flush of the lines and replaced our kitchen faucet along with replaced a couple valves, they took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the cost, very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee and both of these guys

Have used them at least four times over the past three years and they show up on time and do quality work. The technicians speak highly of the owners.....that is a very important clue. They ain't cheap though, however no tradespeople are these days.

On a Saturday evening, I was in desperate need of a plumber to replace the main shut off valve to the house as it broke in the Off position during a sink faucet replacement. The dispatcher Alyssa advised me up front of both the after hours charge and the approximate time that the tech could call me as he had just arrived at another job. Within an hour, technician Mike called me with an ETA. He arrived when he said he would, was very professional as he described what needed to be done and the charge for parts. Mike completed the job in 30 minutes. Water restored to my home! I would certainly recommend, and would call again on Plumbing Masters.

I called the night before and was able to get service the following morning. Dan did a great job at getting our issues fixed and when I needed a restoration company called for water damage he had a company to recommend and called them for me and they were onsite within an hour to diagnose the issue. I would hire him and Bumblebee again even though I hope to not need plumbing services again for a while.

Do not call these guys. They are con artist. They lied to me about the price over the phone. They told me it would be $10 per register and $20 to clean the main duct. I cleaned the registers myself so all the needed to do was clean out the main duct which was about 15 feet long. I told them before they even sent someone out thatvI would not pay more the $150. They said no problem then they asked for my credit card and said they would charge the card 69.95 and it would come out of the total cost. When he got here he qouted me $1000. They are liars and thieves. Do not trust them. Report them to BBB.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.
