LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one or two reviews. If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing.
However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.

Ben Franklin's tecnician was WONDERFUL! He was courteous and on time. He told me what he was going to try and do. I had called Parker and Sons before for this same problem and their tech didnt think he could snake the clog. I am totally satisfied with the work that was done! I am so relieved that I can now do laundry without flooding my laundry room! A plus to Ben Franklin Plumbing!

Paul was great to work with. He replaced my garbage disposal for a fair price and fixed a hose at no charge. Will definitely use him again.

David came over the next morning after I called him and fixed my issue fast and gave it good price. He even did a discovery inspection. I didn't get a bunch of unnecessary suggestions for a fix which I appreciated.

I had struggled to find a plumbing company that would come to So. Phx. I had called two other referrals to no avail. One call to your company and a Plumber was sent the same day within 2 hours. The plumber was the best I could have had. Professional, friendly, answered my questions and gave me options to fit my budget. I hope Tom will be sent again to fix other plumbing needs. Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
