ABSOLUTELY amazing! Woke up this morning to ALL of my drains backing up (including toilets!). Happy Monday! Texted Authentic Plumbing and he immediately replied saying that he would be there between 12 - 2. And then HE SHOWED UP EARLY! Incredibly pleased with the service. Took him about 30-40ish minutes and he had us back up and running again :)

Random side note: my 90lbs cranky old rottie mix adored Eddie! She's somewhat picky about people. :)
