Frank was amazing!! He was on time, very respectful of house and was very up front with us. He flushed and checked the plumbing pipes along with the water heater. he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about his job. explained things to us in detail and made sure we knew what he was doing and explained the process. he made the process super easy and will definitely use this company again in the future! great first experience thank you so much!

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

Scheduling was simple thanks to Dorothy's expertise. Jake confirmed my appointment. Robert called to let me know he was 20 minutes out. Robert and Joe arrived on time and got right to work. Their professionalism showed in the work they performed. They left my home as clean as when they arrived. They were even patient with 3 very excited dogs. I will refer everyone I know to Apache Plumbing without any reservations. Thank you so very much!

We are so thankful for Donnie and his amazing skills. I have heard from others about what a great job he has done, so when we had a leak, he is the first person we thought to call. He was able to attend to our leak within hours, and spent time until the job was right. Also, his command of state-of-the-art tools leads to an even more satisfactory result! I know that sounds odd, but the infrared moisture detector and other tools he has and uses that we had never even heard of made us that much more at peace with his expertise, and his knowledge of the best practices for plumbing. I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with.
