Mike did a fabulous job working with us to come up with the most cost effective solution to our situation. He and Cody came back early the following day to efficiently perform the work. They left the site clean and put back together. Mike went above and beyond by recovering my little Pomeranian escape artist who got out twice during the visit. Can't say enough great things about Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing. I noticed some pooling water in my front yard. Dug around enough to see it was beyond my DIY. Called Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing. Jacob was here within an hour or so. Found the leak at the connection of the water main into the house. About 4 feet down in muck since it had been leaking for awhile. Was here about six hours and left at 8:30 last night. I very much appreciate the prompt response and dedicated service that does things the right way.

Roland was able to give me an estimate over the phone to replace the washing machine water valves. His estimate was $225 less than the first estimate we had.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I was advised to purchase the part I needed (a simple shutoff valve) then they would return to replace it. The $65 service charge was converted into a $100 membership fee. I'm looking for another plumber to come and resolve my issue. Sorry to be stung by bumble bee
