Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

Professional service tech that took cleanliness seriously. They provided multiple options for the fix. Pricing seemed a little steep but I did not get a second opinion on the service so I do not have anything to base that off of. They were able to work around my schedule and come out right away! I will be using their services in the future.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I own a restaurant in Glendale and was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. I called Rapid Fire plumbing and Tom answered. Tom was very helpful and accommodating.
