This is my preferred vendor for repairs that involve plumbing of any kind. They are consistently transparent about the problem and how to repair. The repairs last and don't kill the bank. The technicians are always willing to answer my questions or explain the problem to me so I understand it. The technicians are always on time as scheduled.

Any concerns that I have ever had with the company were taken care of promptly and always to my satisfaction. Service personnel have always been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.

The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.

Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).

Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Great experience with river’s plumbering!! Andres replaced the old water heater and installed the new kitchen faucet. He was on time and prepared; he had everything he needed! Kudos to Andres for his professionalism and skill, efficiency and sense of humor. I feel extremely confident in the repairs, and know I will sleep at night and not worry about those thing anymore!
