Called to have a new wax ring to fix leak at the base of my toilet. Branden came in like I was bothering him and had to look in his menu for prices and then said I needed a new angle stop wich added to the price. They did offer me a reduced rate for the unnecessary repair. They did not replace the hose just the angle stop. Then, an hour later he tells me that I need a new flange. $200 more... then a new gasket... just kept finding new problems without explanation or showing me the problem. Left me with an over $600 quote. He was belittling, condescending and rude. Left a huge mess under the toilet.

Found a different plumber who said the flange didn't need to be replaced. Fixed me up good doing more work than this place was going to do for 1/3 the price and even fixed up a faucet that was giving me trouble. If you call be sure to expect them to add to your bill extra work.

They are definitely the trusted professionals in Old Town Peoria and other Peoria neighborhoods. I had never heard of them as I was new to the area. My cousin recommended them to me after she had her water heater repaired. What a smooth and stress-free process in having ours replaced. Fast and affordable!

Ben was pretty much on schedule. We worked on the diagnosis together as the previous installation was a DYI that was very messed up. The main pipe to the house was capped off. He was able to restore the water to the house and was able to bury the pipes a bit deeper to help offset the Arizona sun. Thumbs up to Ben and Pumpling Masters.

Tommy and his apprentice Joe arrived on time and installed a new water heater, and a new water softener system. They worked hard and were respectful of property and my time. Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. I called Deer Valley Plumbing to fix a clogged drain and they sent a plumber out the same day who fixed the issue and didn't charge me. I thought that was great! I also had them come out to assess my water heater. The plumber was able to fix it without any cost which is always fantastic when you are on a budget. They are fast
