Excellent service!! Richard replaced a leaky toilet in my main bathroom. Richard alleviated the fear I had of having dry rot in the sub-floor and explained how I could have perceived that. Richard was friendly, professional, and great on the clean-up. The quote for removal and installation was 10% less than the quote I got from my regular plumber with a 15% discount AND Bumblebee Plumbing gave me a discount for being a senior. I am one happy girl. Ken was awesome! He did very fast and efficient work and also gave me some advice and help for our kitchen remodel. I had him change out the shut off valves for our kitchen sink and master sinks since they were corroded and not in great working order - can't afford to have a plumbing disaster with new cabinets! Their customer service is one of the best I've seen (on and off the phone). My only personal gripe is the cost, I have a fairly small budget to work with so we'll only be using them for this service but there's no doubt in mind that they'd do outstanding quality work with any task or project.

Of course my A.C. stops working on a Friday, in July, when it's 110°. Calles Chriatian Brothers the girl who answered was so nice and helpful. With in an hour I got a call saying the service man Jon was on his way. Jon arrived on time. Walked me through what he was checking on the unit and what he should be seeing. He found the issue right away, gave me a quote, and fixed it. No lecture for not having them serviced regularly. No up sell, 15 y.o. units, I was expecting them to try to sell me something. He fixed our problem and moved on. Will definitely be using them again.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!
