We recently bought a home and needed several plumbing items worked on as we moved in. 100% Plumbing was easy to contact and work with. They were patient as we asked questions, throughly explained repairs, and discussed the costs and next steps throughout the entire process. We even had a couple items that came up unexpectedly as they were repairing other items and they were flexible in accommodating those while also handling the initial repairs. Being new to the area, finding reliable companies to do home repairs of any type is stressful, especially one as necessary as plumbing and 100% Plumbing did a fantastic job at not only the repairs but customer service. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future work that we may need!

What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I have used Jv7 plumbing for AC work in the past and have always had a good experience. I recently contacted Jv7 plumbing for some Plumbing work at my other residences and I am so happy that I did. The guy (Jose) who came out to my home was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, worked quickly and went over everything with me. He was not satisfied until he knew that all of my questions were answered and that I was a happy customer. THANK YOU Jose for your professionalism and honesty. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

It may seem strange to highly rate a service that wasn't used but here it is.

I described my problem and was told that it wasn't the kind of issue they could resolve. Instead, the owner explained how to check if indeed it was a leak. Most memorable was this comment - I don't want to charge you for something you don't need.

Five stars for honesty and principles.

Simba plumbing did an awesome job relocating my bathroom shower valve and diverter with handled unit, they moved the shower drain over and moved the tub lines into the wall and fixed an angle stop. Very professional, on time and courteous. Will hire them again for other jobs that I have down the road. Thank you.

I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. The team has always been courteous and helpful. and the price is very competitive. We highly recommend Single Source plumbing for all your home plumbing needs.

By far the best technician we’ve experienced so far and they have all great people. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe Hernon who was here today. I learned so much from him and when issues came up for us (our house) he really helped develop a game plan and didn’t charge for work that he couldn’t complete (when it was our household issues that created the situation) he was amazing!!!!

They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.
