They showed up and I explained the problem as best as I could and they got straight to work! They worked quickly but delicately and did a great job! They even explain what they were doing as they were doing it to help me understand what was going on! Great service!

I was having some problems with my toilet that I was unable to figure out myself. I contacted Reddi Services--they were referred to me by my father. Pepe and his partner Marco were prompt and professional. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the toilet and explained the repair, as well as the cost. I made the decision to go ahead with the fix. The toilet was repaired in a matter of minutes. They left the bathroom clean, and I am one satisfied customer. I will be using Reddi Services again, and I will be asking for Pepe!

I had a leak in the ceiling and had to get up in the attic to be able to access the leak. It was a pinhole leak that was leaking pretty good and considered it an emergency so needed a plumber to come out that day to fix the problem. Called 2 other companies that couldn't make it out that day.. Thank Goodness I found Diamondback Plumbing! They were able to send out a plumber right away, that day, and got to the house in 30 minutes or less! Did not charge extra for being an emergency and was decent pricing. Dane was VERY friendly, and professional, got the job done right way! 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend!
