It was Mother’s Day Weekend when we discovered our sink/garbage disposal was leaking. We called the Trusted Plumber and they were able to get someone out the next day, which we were happy with since it wasn’t an emergency. The plumber had an idea what was wrong before he even showed up. He was timely and professional the whole time he replaced our garbage disposal. The price was reasonable and service was great. Their van speeds through our neighborhood every day, even through the school zone. Our kids live and play here. Going 45 in a 25 zone is dangerous.

Our Technician showed up 15 mins before scheduled appointment. He said the water heater looked like it might have to be replaced but said he needed to inspect and test a few things before we make that decision. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced and checked and found that it was still under warranty. He ran back to the shop and brought back a beautiful new RUDD water heater and hooked her up and like in an hour we were enjoying hot water. Tony (I hope that was his name)was not only a great Tech, he is a personable guy and a professional. Diamondback Plumbing is lucky to have him. This is the 2nd time I had DB Plumbing at my home. The 1st call was to clean out a septic thingy. pipe , drain whatever and that Tech was just as great. And by the way the Tech showed at our home within an hour of my call.
