Someone came to unclog my main line..good price and service

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Frank was amazing!! He was on time, very respectful of house and was very up front with us. He flushed and checked the plumbing pipes along with the water heater. he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about his job. explained things to us in detail and made sure we knew what he was doing and explained the process. he made the process super easy and will definitely use this company again in the future! great first experience thank you so much!

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

I have used Jv7 plumbing for AC work in the past and have always had a good experience. I recently contacted Jv7 plumbing for some Plumbing work at my other residences and I am so happy that I did. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Gabriel and Manny were very professional and did a great job fixing the shower.

Charged us for a new ball valve, but reused the 10 year old one, which is actively leaking. Did not plumb the new drain pan (which they damaged) to the home’s exterior, which is required in our community. Sent home owner to Home Depot to get parts at our expense because they didn’t have them on the truck. Communication has been horrible and they missed 2 appointments to return and correct the remaining issues. Now they’re saying it will be another week to come out and fix the water leak. They have not refunded us for parts we were charged for and never received.
