Raul Gallardo was the technician who did the job. Very nice person and unclugged my toilet very quickly. I can depend on him for future plumbing problems.

Jason was on time and was able to fix my plumbing problem immediately . I wish there was more contractors like him! If you have the chance, definitely use this company!

Needed a leak assessment done. The company notified us throughout the day about the tech's ETA which really helped us out so we didn't have to be home all day waiting. The plumber was very knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Excellent service!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.

After 2 days with intermittent AC, I reached out to Christian Brothers because I had heard great things about them and felt confident my problems would be resolved.I called them at 3:00 today 9/9/15 and Ann was most helpful and patient. She promised a tech the same day! I was in shock! Mike E arrived (after a call letting me know he was coming) on my door step by 6:00 PM! I was thrilled. He patiently listened to what I thought it was, what was wrong then started researching the problem. Within 30 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was, shared photos to document it, and gave me an estimate. He showed me where my wiring was very old and exposed, and not safe. He priced out what I needed and went to work! He was done by 8:30 and at 9:00 PM my home is comfortable for the first time in many weeks! My AC is working incredible and I will sleep so much better tonight! Thank you Ann for your assistance and thank you Mike E for your incredible service and exceeding my expectations! I will refer you to all I know and have already posted on FB!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.
