Best Emergency Work in Glendale AZ

This is my second time using 100% Plumbing based on a referral from a friend who is in the Property Management Business. I had a catastrophic leak from an upstairs bathroom into a Laundry Room. They responded same day because of the situation. The people I spoke with in the office were very nice and understanding and dispatch Tim C the same day. Tim was pleasant professional, wore booties on the shoes. He diagnosed the problem and gave the quote. Again seemed fair so they repaired the leaking toilet. They used some high tech stuff to keep you informed when they are on the way plus the payment system is fast with an ereciept. If you need some plumbing work, I would recommend this team of plumbing professionals.

What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I can not recommend Jason and this company enough, Thank you for saving the day!

I called up champion plumbing for this emergency plumbing job and Vicente came within an hour and fixed it .their prices seems very competitive. Keep up the good work sir.

Had Brad replace my water heater, install a new kitchen faucet and rework my kitchen sink drain. On time, great work and a super nice guy !!! Would not hesitate to use him in the future !!! Thanks Brad for a super job - we are very pleased !!!!!!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

My tech was Paul G. He is a man who knows what he is doing. I REALLY appreciate it when i can see what is going on and have it explained to me as it is being done. I knew Paul would be a good man to do business with, my dogs didn't try to bite him.Animals know. Paul is welcome to my house at any time! He has a GREAT customer service personality even as late in the day as my service call was.

WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Hello, I am a house wife and I love to cook. Recently I found my Kitchen Sinks heavily clogged. Its not the first time that It was clogged, but it was really bad this time. I tried to unclogged it myself and cleaned up everything I can, but it was not working. Water was piling up. I had to get some help. I googled Clogged Kitchen Sink repairs under General Repairs. I spoke to few plumbers and finally settle on Peoria Plumbing Pros because they were local and the gentleman was really nice on the phone. He came over later and used a Professional Drain Snake to unclogged my kitchen sinks. It took him about an hour or so. My Kitchen sinks are as good as new. Highly Recommended...

Had an emergent leak and they were very responsive, showed up on time and we communicative, professional and very easy to work with. Did a great job.

I was parked next to these guys at a gas station. I had my three I’ll turn on the car and for some reason my car died and would not start. I asked his guys if they had a quick second to help me. But no they couldn’t take a second out of their time to help a lady out. I hope if Their mom or sister or aunt ever get into a situation where they need a jump they’ll be a nice man to help them out is that what you’re supposed to do for your neighbor it’s like Christmas time so I would never ever recommend them or use them or their business
