100% Plumbing is the best. I am a proud recipient of their services on several occasions. They have excellent customer service from Rebecca, their receptionist, to Mont, the owner and every tech/ plumber in between. I really appreciate their honesty; they do not try to sell you what you do not need. Had issues with my garbage disposal. They were able to fit me into their schedule the following day. I was ready to have to replace the garbage disposal. Instead, the tech/ plumber assessed the problem, not only did he fix it, he also showed me how to address the problem in the future, which I’ve had to do a couple of times. I recently had issues with my water softener leaking. Once again, 100% Plumbing was able to fit me in the following day. This time I was visited by Mont, himself, he determined that it was an overflow issue; he had the unit serviced the following day and reminded to to maintain a healthy salt pallet level.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. Chase showed up right on time and installed the Kohler toilets thats I purchased through Home Depot. He clearly explained the process, time frame, and cost. The old toilets were hauled away and the work area was left clean. Highly recommend.

Paul is super responsive....answers the phone directly and will arrive promptly. We have had a few emergencies after using him for a remodel and it has been terrific. Fair price and top service.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
