This plumber near me was so wonderful. They came when they said they would, they assessed the situation accurately, and got everything squared away very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely trust them with any plumbing problems I have again in the future.

I wasn't here but I had a friend let the repairman in. Electricity wasn't getting to the water heater. A time had given out and needed to be removed. All is well. Great to have hot water again.

This is the last time I use this company, I scheduled and appointment on Thursday 4/1/21 for an A/C tune up. The technician showed up and did the tune up on our A/C unit, while working he informed us that a capacitor needed to be replaced. We agreed to exchanging the part since the unit was under the tolerance level. After we agree he informs us that he does not have the part on hand and would need to comeback Friday 4/2 to replaced the part. We agreed and said that would be fine, I paid in cash a total of $277.83. Friday comes around I waited all day once 6pm rolled around I called the company to find out when the technician would arrive since I wasted my entire day waiting for an email/text message or phone call informing me they would be on their way. When I called I got the answering service and they informed me that the technician that came to my house on Thursday had not scheduled any appointments or documented a need for a follow up visit for Friday. Then the answering service informed me that at this point all they could do is schedule something for Saturday at 4pm. Well Saturday came and the technician never showed up, even the answering service didn't have a answer as to why no technician had shown up. But one thing they were real quick and efficient on was taking my money!

Update: After a Month and Half of calling I finally received my money back.

This is the best company I have used to service my AC. I highly recommend them.

Andres did an amazing job! He took the time to look at my sink and determined that it was backed up. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing repairs.
