I could not have been happier with the service I have received from Elemental plumbing. Jake and his team have been in constant contact throughout the whole re fitting of my bathroom. They have gone to every length to ensure that the job is done and to an incredibly high level. We could not be happier with our new bathroom and everything works perfectly. Could not recommend them enough for anything you are looking to get done

Jeff Orr was our technician and he did what he always does he gave us great professional honest service going above and beyond! He is always happy to answer your questions and explain everything for you. We have trusted cool touch and Jeff from our first service call to the latest. He did the job in a timely manor was friendly & courteous. Came out the same day as called & did a great job.

I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.

Gerald replaced my water heater this week. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job with the install! Love Reddi services!

Called them on Thursday, by Friday afternoon they had both AC units replaced and working! Great service and great price too. Easy to work with and got the work done as promised.

Had an emergency with my outdoor sprinklers! Called Diamondback around 10:00 pm. Was told that a tech would be calling me back immediately! 2 hours later, still NO CALL BACK! I called Diamondback plumbing back, they apologized and stated that the the tech would contact me immediately!! One hour later, still NO CALL BACK!!
Went with another company that arrived at 2 AM cause of the NO RESPONSE from Diamondback. I did recieve a call back from them at 7am to see if I still needed their services!!!

They replied that they DO NOT WORK ON SPRINKLERS!! Why the HELL didnt the folks answering my call say that!! C'mon your company screwed up! Just say your sorry and maybe this is why I'M NOT ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

We had a wet spot in our daughters bedroom and we called Rivers Plumbing Services, and he was able to quickly come and find the issue. It’s been a couple months and we have not had any problems since. Hopefully we won’t need to, but we’ll definitely be coming back if we have any future plumbing needs:)
