This company was amazing, lightening response to my leak issue. Arrived on time and explained everything they needed to do before hand. Super kind and cleaned up afterwards. They truly went above and beyond!

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

Honest pricing and a great value for the quality of work. Jerry came out and replaced my water heater that started leaking and stopped producing hot water. He met me at my house after hours to look at the water heater and was able to do the job the next morning. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable about his craft. He was also much more reasonably priced than every other company I received estimates from. Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mother's toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mother's place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well. They also offered advice to ensure there's no issues with the installation in the future. They truly care about their clients and use their knowledge to help and educate others. We will without a doubt use Roadrunner Plumbing for all of our future needs!

Brigham was friendly and professional. He was in and out for a toilet leak in about the 10 minutes. Then he wiped down the floor before leaving which was not his responsibility. Obviously takes a lot of pride in his work! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Eddie Castillo, who is the owner, performed the service himself and was able to troubleshoot and find the problems I was having with my shower and competed the work in a timely fashion and at a very fair price.
