Great company and the employees care about the people they are helping. The plumber (damir) that showed up to my apartment went above and beyond for me and my family when my slumlord apartments were not helpful. The the care he showed for my family's problems was outstanding. I've never seen this in my 27 years of life. If you read this review and are wondering if you should use Antonio's elite plumbing for your home. The simple awnser is yes. Amazing service, great customer service. And they will go above and beyond to remedy your plumbing issues. 10 out of 10 when I finally purchase my house I will be using them for all my plumbing needs

Josh is great! He was ten minutes early for our appointment, professional, and super responsive to questions and concerns we had regarding our kitchen renovation. He was able to remedy some gas line concerns we had on the spot and for a fair price. Really happy with the service and will absolutely call Josh again when plumbing services are needed.

I have used A Better Choice Plumbing's services for over a decade through contract work. Wayne is very professional, friendly, organized, clean and knowledgeable. My home warranty dispatched this company to my house for water leak to my living room from the bathroom upstairs. No one called for 2 days. I called them and they said that they need an opening in the dry wall before they can start working. They send me a company that they work with. The guy from restoration company come and he said that he will need to take the whole ceiling off and change all the tiles and that will cost about 5k. I ended calling a guy that took the job for $250. Anyway, I called them after, and they were not available until a week. (All this time the bathroom, my kid’s bathroom was not used). They came to my house and said that the toilet seat silicon ring needs to be replaced which they did.
the kids started using the bathroom again, my 3 years old was taken a bath and he splashed some water outside the tub and all the water leaked downstairs. I called and left a voice mail. they called my back the next day and said that the bathroom will need caulking and that this is cosmetic. they said it’s the kids’ fault that the water going outside the tub. If they just told me that I would just pay them whatever caulking cost (which mostly less than $10 and will take 1 min). I would expect from professional service to come and finish their job and not be stingy about few dollars (which I would have happily pay if I was told).
I would never ever use these guys again, and for any future claims through my warranty, I will always specifically ask not to dispatch them to me).
BTW I have a friend that had some leak also and they were dispatched to them through there warranty, they send them the restoration company and they were trying to charge them arm and leg. And be aware even if they tell you we can go through your homeowner insurance don't agree, this will place a water damage label to your house and will reduce the value of your property.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
