I contacted rooter ranger after seeing all the great reviews on google and word of mouth from a friend of mine. Luckily, ranger Bobby was there to save the day! He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process seem way more manageable than I thought it could be! He broke down my specific problem and went through the process with me step by step so I understood exactly what would be done and when. Not only was there a timely estimate, but well worth the cost and the effort. I haven’t had a problem since, and I know it’s because of all the hard work Bobby and the entire rooter ranger team put in on my behalf. Not that I wish plumbing troubles on anyone, but if you do have an issue, I hope everyone gets a chance to use this company. They’re compassionate, clean, helpful, and eager to make a stressful situation easy and worry-free.

Donald from Pridemark Plumbing came over to install some sink & bath fixtures in my guest bathroom (I ruined my previous fixtures by using the wrong cleaner). Donald was polite and provided updates every step of the way. Even knocked a charge off the bill when he identified a way I could save money. I’m glad I went with a local business rather than a major chain. Would highly recommend!

My experience with Jerry has been exceptional he came through at the right time. I called several plumbers before him and they would quote me extremely high prices and they would tell me I have to do this and that and I literally broke out tears because I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars for my plumbing issue. I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
