We had a main drain blockage. This company was the first to respond in a timely manner from the first 6 phone calls I made. They informed us that the main drain was blocked due to roots entering the pipes. They showed us the camera pictures identifying the blocked area. They then told us the bad news. It would cost almost $7,000 to have a section of the driveway concrete removed and dig down 6 feet to replace the damaged pipe. I asked if everything would be be repaired and restored as we originally had it? I specifically mentioned the pavers lining the driveway. I was assured that it would. When the work was done - and they did a wonderful job in a professional manner on the repair - the pavers were essentially placed back on the ground without a concrete foundation. The rock landscape around the area repaired is messed up and looked horrible. This is the normal for any repairs by contractors I have hired in the past. They don’t care if the home owner has to clean up the final product. They think they did the repairs but all the damage they did to the surrounding area is the homeowners problem. I will now have to spend a weekend cleaning up the mess they left behind. Great delivery but slipshod finish. Typical! Otherwise, very hard working crew and friendly service from everyone involved.

Greg from big G plumbing did a good job, but ended up breaking the hot water faucet from our bathroom. I called him four days and told him that this was broken, THis was on March 8. I would check to see where the part was and get different date or I don't know when they sent it out. When ask if I could get the part from home depot he said he did not know. He finally got it on April 17th and because he did not like me questioning him on how long it took he sent it back..... First off it is six weeks from when he first came and now still do not have a handle to use hot water.
Instead of calling me to say the part was in, he apparently decided to sent it back. Don't do business with him

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. From the office to the laborers to the owner, all are so wonderful and professional. We would highly recommend them AND they're a locally owned business! Thanks Qualtire!

Just had my water heater replaced and I thought it was going to be an ordeal. The water heater is located in an interior utility closet in the middle of the house in a tight space. Brian made it look easy. Clean and neat. Called last night, here today with the replacement that I would not have had to buy if he found it was another problem. Everything done in one appointment. Great service and the price was right.

We had a wet spot in our daughters bedroom and we called Rivers Plumbing Services, and he was able to quickly come and find the issue. It’s been a couple months and we have not had any problems since. Hopefully we won’t need to, but we’ll definitely be coming back if we have any future plumbing needs:)
