While washing clothes at 5 am, My toilets stopped flushing, the tub filled with dirty water and one of the toilets starring leaking water at a rapid rate. I called My Plumber and they sent Carlin to my rescue. He was so knowledgeable and HONEST! In the last two months my AC has died and the water pump im my car died so Ive dealt with my fair share of service men and was expecting the worse. Was I wrong! Carlin was wonderful...He knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it with not up selling me one bit and the cost was so reasonable. He also explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. My son and I are so grateful... believe it or not...my experience with My Plumber and Carlin has given me hope and I know that all the bad that has happened in the last few months shall pass. My whole experience was wonderful and so easy! I also want to thank the lady who made the appointment and then took the time to call me when Carlin was on his way.

Pilot light light didn't stay lit. After numerous calls to Rheem and no satisfaction I contacted Maloney. Israel will be coming back as I needed more parts. (pilot light area). He is knowledgeable and helped with the customer service to get the parts we needed. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Today, 1/28 Jason came to install another part needed. Even checked the roof vent to make sure it was clear. Awesome job, knowledgeable, really helpful. Both Tech's made this crazy experience bearable. Kudos to both

I had low hot water pressure at my shower. I called Courtesy MH Plumbing.So glad I did! Jeremy was prompt, personable and professional. He knows mobile homes! I can't speak to the actual service you may receive, because I paid $437.50 for no service at all.

I had 247 plumbing come out and give me an estimate for a hot water heater repair/replacement. I had three other companies come out and give me an estimate. 247 was the lowest, so at the time I decided to proceed with them.

The representative that I spoke to on the phone stated that their cost would be going up soon so I should lock in the lower cost. That required a $437.50 deposit so I provided my credit card information and they processed the transaction.

I live in another state and wanted to be on the premises for the replacement, so I let them know that I would inform them at a later date to schedule the replacement.

After scheduling the replacement appointment, upon my arrival in Arizona I was perusing some paperwork from the purchase of the house just under a year ago. Included was a one year warranty that I had completely forgotten.

I contacted the home warranty company and they were able to replace the unit for the cost of a service call and a small deductible.

I contacted 247 to cancel the service. That was over five weeks ago and we'll over a dozen phone calls, still no refund.

Update: sometime early this year (2018), the company did finally make it right after I issued a complaint with both my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

Charged us for a new ball valve, but reused the 10 year old one, which is actively leaking. Did not plumb the new drain pan (which they damaged) to the home’s exterior, which is required in our community. Sent home owner to Home Depot to get parts at our expense because they didn’t have them on the truck. Communication has been horrible and they missed 2 appointments to return and correct the remaining issues. Now they’re saying it will be another week to come out and fix the water leak. They have not refunded us for parts we were charged for and never received.
