I had been attempting to install a washer/dryer combo in a guest room and make the water connections to the lavatory sink. Steve had the right parts, told me the best way to remove the old water valves and properly install the new ones.
And if he doesn't stock the parts he can usually tell you where to find them.

Triplumb first time using them for a washer/dryer new drain and replace hot and cold line. Top notch, Owner i believe Mark and assistant Garth were great. I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

Called Robins for a faulty water heater and they were there in a few hours. Ron was very personable and took care of our problem in a timely manner. He got the manufacturer to cover our needed part under warranty and had them ship it to us. We would definitely use them again.

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
