Price as advertised. $49 for drain cleaning service. I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers at once. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Would recommend them and have them service us again.

Skyler was very responsive to various scheduling changes on my part and arrived right on time when we finally were able to set a time for the work. He did an excellent, efficient installation of the pressure gauge for my house. He even reattached the hose for me when he was finished which is a little detail that I appreciate. It's a wonderful place to go for ice cream on a hot summer day, the employees are nice and funny and are always there to help and serve when ready. The ice cream is delicious. I always find myself coming back for more ice cream.

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. I highly recommend ER plumbing!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Adrian was our service professional. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He checked our entire system and completed a filter change on our RO system. But when I called Deer Valley Plumbing and explained my issue, they were able to solve my problem and save me money in the process. They're also honest & fair on their prices, which is a rarity!

I really wanted to like the service. Service was scheduled and the person came to inspect the repairs. He would give me the quote later. One week later I have not heard back from him. I called him and sent him texts and no responses. This is unreliable.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
