I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
