John is a great guy! He was on time and very professional. He mounted both of my tvs to my liking! I highly recommend calling him for any service you may need! (I'd post a picture but I reflect on the television)

My experience with Phoenician Plumbing was consistent with many of the other reviews. Bottom line....Tyson is professional. He promptly returns calls, is very knowledgeable, scheduling is quick and they show up reliably. They are fairly priced and 100% stand by their work. Customer service at this high level is a rare thing these days.

I have a 10 year old AC unit that needed service and Bridge Plumbing was recommended by a local business I trust. I had them do a service and also a repair last year and they were top notch. I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Extremely happy with Deer Valley plumbing and their amazing service. I called and scheduled an appointment and had someone there within 1.5 hours. Craig N repaired my drain in about 1/2 hour and gave me a suggestion to help prevent the problem was happening again. Highly recommend this business and Craig in particular. Called Dignity to complete work I was going to do myself but didn’t have the tools or the time. Their customer service was very professional over the phone and were able to schedule me right away. They sent over Moises who was extremely professional and informative. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

When you have a plumbing emergency, do you say... OH NO! I wish we had a plumber in the family!!! Then there are so many companies out there. Who do you pick? If you're reading this, you don't have to look any further... I called Sunstate, and they sent Ron out right away. I was in a panic... my husband recently passed away, and I had no clue what to do except cry. For me, this was a husband thing. My hot water tank was spraying water everywhere! Ron was so kind and helpful that he stopped the spraying and me crying and walked me through what to do next. He sure was my hero! I will never forget his kindness. I truly felt like he WAS a family member who was a plumber...🙂helping grandma when she was having a meltdown. This company does treat you like a family. They are quick to the job, so kind, helpful, and honest. Most importantly, they don't come with dollar signs in their eyes like so many other company's do. Selling you things you really don't need.
