These guys were great! We must have talked to a dozen or so AC installation companies and Forrest Anderson gave us the BEST price by far for a top of the line AC unit. They were able to schedule the installation within a week and were able to finish what was a huge job in a day! The installers were polite and they cleaned up after themselves when the project was done. I would most definitely recommend Forrest Anderson to anyone.

We had to do a complete bathroom renovation after water damage. Kay’s Plumbing was great to deal with for our needs. Great communication and very professional. Quick responses to emails and text messages. The work they did was of high quality and the prices they quoted were comparable to all the other quotes I got. Due to their great customer service I went with them and I highly recommend them.

Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend

I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one or two reviews. If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing.
However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
