I called OneShot to take care of a few outlets that weren’t working.
Gabe came out the very next day and fixed the issue right away.
He was professional and he explained everything he was doing.

A few days after the initial visit, some of the outlets weren’t working. I called back and he immediately came back and investigate a broken wire that was causing problems at other outlets.

I had a backup at my kitchen sink and so i called Rooter-Man to come and clear the blockage. Tallson came out right on time and cleared the drain with no issues. I appreciated the on time response and the no B/S approach to his work. Much appreciated , I will definitely use them in the future.

My grandson decided to flush his SpongeBob toy in my toilet with several of his other toys. Some of the toys were retrieved earlier. But little did we know sponge bob was still hanging out causing flushing issues. Raul was able to quickly retrieve the toy in a matter of minutes while I was working nearby on a a conference call. He called me the day before and just prior to his visit to keep me updated on his arrival. He was professional and very nice. He told me what he needed to do and showed me the culprit afterwards. Hack job, re used all old parts they could. Return water line leaking water. Charged 1000 bucks to a very old lady I help. Also pressure relief valve not piped into anything! Look

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
