I own a restaurant in Glendale and was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. I called Rapid Fire plumbing and Tom answered. Tom was very helpful and accommodating. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced!! I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs. I can’t say enough about how I was treated!! Thank you Tom great job!!

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

What a GREAT company! I was calling around at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon for help with a plugged up toiled - No Fun! This was the 2nd call, and I'm so glad I made it. Patrice B. answered the phone, and she was so very nice and explained their policy clearly - they wouldn't charge a Trip Fee, but told me their tech would give me an estimate when he arrived after looking at the job. Then, the Trip Fee would be waived if I had them do the repair - Easy and very fair! I received a phone call from Jr. to let me know that Estevan L. was on the way in about an hour. Not only did Estevan L. get the job done quickly (I had been trying for over an hour with no luck!), but he did the job for LESS than he had quoted me and I had authorized! He could very easily have charged the agreed upon price, but he was honest and kind and gave me a discounted rate which helped out more than he could imagine as I am on a fixed income. I hope you get the pleasure of having Patrice B., Jr., and Estevan L. be your The Plumber Guy team, they are awesome! I would give them 6 Stars if I could :-)

These guys were great came out on time, took their time to make sure everything was in working condition before they left and the new tub/ valves etc look great.

My dryer stopped working mid cycle and I found One Shot Installation and The issue was fixed same day. Gabe was awesome and very informative! I will definitely be calling him back! Thanks Gabe you’re awesome and a blessing!

It may seem strange to highly rate a service that wasn't used but here it is.

I described my problem and was told that it wasn't the kind of issue they could resolve. Instead, the owner explained how to check if indeed it was a leak. Most memorable was this comment - I don't want to charge you for something you don't need.

Five stars for honesty and principles.

This business is fantastic. The repair tech was professional and they are responsive and fast. I was able to call and receive their services the same day. If you're looking for a business that will fix your plumbing issues same day, there is none better than this company.

The tech Raul was prompt. I was in the know for the entire fix. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would hire him in a second for another job.

Honest and reliable. We have called on Rob at Single Source Plumbing several times for several different issues, and have referred him to several others.

The guy who was doing my plumbing did really good job and he was trustworthy, I believe his name was Brandon. I really recommend this company to everyone

Very knowledgeable! Came late as we had no water pressure and it was a bit of an emergency. He immediately knew what are problem was and dealt with it. Extremely professional!! Will absolutely use again.
