Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, especially negative ones. After googling for who could help me service and/or remove a water softener system, I found this company and the majority of reviews were positive. My system had a constant leak which was obviously time sensitive. I called and the person who answered the phone wasn't sure if I was in their service area (which shocked me since I have a very central zip code only about 10 miles from their place of business) and put me on hold to check. There was confusion and she came back on once or twice thinking I was someone else and was just kinda rude during this. Then I was disconnected. I wasn't upset, things happen, NBD. I called back and got VM several times. Then I got someone who seemed to be the owner and she was nice and apologetic and took all my info and said she was going to have the person who answers their phones call me right back, ASAP. This was after we talked about my issue and I had expressed concern for the time sensitivity. 35 minutes later I hadn't heard back. I called back and explained I'd been waiting for my call back and the lady just said Oh, yeah, you. If you have an emergency you need to call someone else. I had never said it was an emergency and I then explained that it wasn't an emergency BUT it WAS time sensitive. The only way she would have known about this from the owner who I talked to and I would think that BECAUSE they THOUGHT it was an emergency, they'd call me back to tell me that info instead of making me wait when they took my info and promised to call back. Keep in mind my original call to them was at 3:30pm on a Tuesday so during regular business hours and the call back was at 4pm. She said she needed to put me back on hold but I'd be the next caller. I was disconnected again. Keep in mind, the business owner had taken my information so they had my name and PHONE NUMBER. But she never called back. I obviously scheduled my service call with another company. I don't know who monitors these reviews but I feel strongly that the owner of the company should know that whoever is answering their phones is behaving this way. Not only did they lose my business but I work full time in the real estate industry and constantly have current and past clients asking for vendor referrals for home repairs so there's a lost opportunity there too. And many also ask my opinion of certain companies if I have experience with them. Needless to say, I would be very honest about my experience if ever asked. I am very disappointed and turned off by this entire experience.

I had low hot water pressure at my shower. I called Courtesy MH Plumbing.So glad I did! Jeremy was prompt, personable and professional. He knows mobile homes! I have very old brittle cpvc pipes in my home and he quoted me a repipe at way less than I expected. I'll write more after the repipe. Alice in Mesa

Travis, my plumbing pro was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a Rheem water softener installed that I had purchased. I got it at a discount and of course, some discounted items come with a price. The unit had a crack at the bottom that was hardly noticeable. Travis detected it quickly and I needed to purchase a new unit. It was installed successfully.
I will say with all the quotes I received, Simba Plumbing LLC was the most competitive for the work. They were in my budget. Some of the Big Names came in thousands higher. Hello, I am a house wife and I love to cook. Recently I found my Kitchen Sinks heavily clogged. Its not the first time that It was clogged, but it was really bad this time.
