I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.

Shane is awesome. I got his name from our neighborhood app. Many people from the app were very happy with his work. I called and he was over within the hour. He spent two + hours fixing numerous plumbing problems. His compensation was extremely fair. Highly recommend!

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Laundry shut off valves were not working. Replaced hot and cold valves. Received call from office that plumber was on his way. Plumber kept me informed throughout the process. Reasonable charge for repair. No leaks and happy customer.

Called out for kitchen sink stoppage. Pulled P trap ran out 50 feet test run slow ran 75 feet out pulled back black sludge ran hot water to move and clean line test ran clear (no warranty on stoppages)

We had to do a complete bathroom renovation after water damage. Kay’s Plumbing was great to deal with for our needs. Great communication and very professional. Quick responses to emails and text messages. The work they did was of high quality and the prices they quoted were comparable to all the other quotes I got. Due to their great customer service I went with them and I highly recommend them.

One Shot Installation was fabulous. I woke up Labor Day morning to find that my water heater had decided that Labor Day seemed like a fine time to konk out on me. I called around frantically trying to find someone who would be reasonable in price (I knew that it was an Emergency call AND a holiday call so I knew I was going to be looking at some sky high prices).

One Shot Installation came out in less than an hour after I called them, they DID NOT charge additional for it being an emergency or a holiday, AND they got the job done in a manner that was 100% proffesional. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Gabe was so nice and took the time to not only explain everything to me, but even made a few money saving suggestions. Kudos to them for not raking me over the financial coals with this unexpected incident.

Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. Called Rob at Single Source Plumbing & Remodeling for a quote to remodel my guest bathroom, he was at my home within 24hrs, we went over everything I wanted and he offered a very competitive estimate. We accepted and he was able to squeeze our project into his schedule very quickly.
