I was told they were going to arrive within the hour and when they showed up to my rental property, Chris was on time. I was immediately notified of what was causing our water leak, instead of charging me for a brand new part, Chris quoted me what it would cost to repair the part instead. We had a leak in the main water pipe; detected it on Tuesday, Armstrong replaced the whole pipe, all the way to the street, on Thursday.
$1000 less, and a week earlier, than the big, established, plumbing company.
Very professional; answered all my questions quickly and understandable; no puzzy-footing or featherbedding.
Armstrong made this disaster into a minor inconvenience.
