Although it appeared to be a simple clog / simple fix, it turned out to be bad plumbing issue (bad steel pipe) from my 55 year old house and needed to be replaced. Andrew was professional and worked well with me to minimize the impact to my house and schedule. Even though no one wants to go through a major plumbing issue, the work was done with great quality and I would recommend Champion to others.
