Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

Thanks to Bryan from The Plumber Guy, our problem was fixed quickly. Tree roots in the underground pipes had caused water to back up into our house. Bryan responded within a half hour and fixed our problem. We appreciated his understanding of the situation, his humor, his answer to all 500 of our questions, showing us the clogged area with the camera, and his great work. I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend
