Dan and bumblebee plumbing were excellent. Very fast efficient and got the job done right for a great price. They fixed our leak for a third of the cost of the other plumbers who quoted us. We will be using them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises.

We hardly ever write reviews, but, we had such a great experience with Robins Plumbing and Eddie the repair person, that we had to write one. It was a hot (105) Saturday around noon, We had a leak in the back of the house. We were unsure who to call, after getting Robins Plumbing info we Called and was told someone would be out between 2-4. Eddie arrived around 1:45. He was very friendly, professional and kind. He wasappreciative of the wildlife in our yard, even tolerated the humming birds buzzing around his head. Eddie was able to find the leak quickly and repair it. Should we ever need plumbing services, we will most defintley use Robins Plumbing. Thank you Eddie!!!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Justin the owner is a joke. He hung up the phone on me before he even heard the whole story.

Sent them the exact plans and layout info. Then after we agreed on a price and to get on the schedule his employee said he priced it wrong and it’s significantly more.

The customer service that Justin (owner) showed was mind blowing. He didn’t listen and hung up the phone mid conversation.

Please stay far away from this company.

Now the owner is lying saying that plans were sent after the quote. It’s clearly false and happy to post all email correspondence.

Email with it clearly saying in floor layout and attachment was sent on Sunday August 7th and the bid was sent over Thursday August 11th.

So the owner lies to customers as well.

Just take responsibility for your employees actions and take care of your customers. Don’t hang up on them or screw them over again in the future.

You don’t have to lie about it to make your company look better.

The plumbing service provided excellent assistance. The plumber was prompt, skilled, and fixed the plumbing issue effectively. I'm grateful for their expertise and would hire them again.

Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. If you need a good plumber, I highly recommend giving him a call

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!
