Best Air Conditioner Replacement in Gilbert AZ

I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

Very professional and polite... Everything chris (the salesman) had explained to me prior to install. Was addressed.... 5 hrs later i had a brand new unit installed at a great price! Manager and technician were fantastic.Need to break the INVOICE into parts and labor and also mention that the problem was caused by a defective part.Otherwise, we have other plumbing work for PlumbSmart to do.Great experience.

Very fast, prompt and actually did more than was promised! They gave me a wi fi thermostat b/c my old one was incompatible with the new system and upsized my return to promote better air flow. No upsale or additional charge was incurred.
Jerome was very thorough and explained complex concepts in understandable ways and made an expensive headache a lot less painful.

Had a mini-split that needed a charge and and added a dye to stop the leak. Took about an hour overall. My Technician was Josh and was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Kudos to Josh. Overall experience 5 Stars

Sam has repaired our hot water heater in the cold of winter, our bathroom sink plumbing and our AC in the middle of summer. He is responsive beyond expectations and does work at the highest quality level. He is versatile and quickly knows what it takes to get the job done.

This was, seriously, a horrible situation. Slow drain pipe, thought it was tree roots. My entire sewer line had to be replaced. Jonathan and Tim were exceptional at delivering really bad news and proposing a repair process I could deal with. They were professional at every step and did a great job. Quick, professional and great people to do business with.

Excellent service, honest and with great pricing.

Emailed for a checkup on Aircon system, no response, they obviously have too many customers and should lose some so they can respond to potential ones.
