I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Solace Plumbing has been a dream to work with. I say dream because one of the jobs involved a sewage ejector pump which was a nightmare. They work fast, easy to communicate with, and get the job done. Solace is a great name because I can relax knowing that the job was done correctly. I don't look forward to needing them but happy they are there when I do.

In our personal opinion, we did not feel that this company is very professional and we did not feel like we were treated respectfully. We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.
After our initial review, we received phone calls and a letter from this company and their attorney demanding we take down our review.

Worst plumber experience ever! They Always seemed to have great customer service and had used them for a few years. We then had an issue with a leaky shower that they “fixed” and charged me for an entire cartridge for the shower valve at $165. A week later it wasn’t leaking again. They wouldn’t return my calls so I had to have another company fix it AGAIN costing me another $200 for another cartridge. I was promised a refund by the owner and NEVER received it.

Anthony is the best plumber around! Very punctual, honest as the day is long, capable of any and all plumbing work and very reasonable. He has worked on all my plumbing needs and everyone else I have referred him to for many years with absolutely zero complaints! Don't guess with plumbing work or another plumber, call Plumber From Down Under (Anthony) and you will not have any surprises in your home or business. I have used him for almost 15 years.

Installed a hot water heater successfully with a recirculating pump. Changed out all of our bathroom faucets. Highly recommended.
