We had a slab leak. Tony came out, looked things over, and gave us a fair estimate for the repair. There were hidden complications and the repair turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Jimmy Joe came over with a 2nd truck and together they worked out a solution. At the end of a very long and difficult job, our leak was fixed and Tony refused to leave until he had cleaned up every last speck of dirt. We're so glad we chose Jimmy Joe's. It's like the motto on his trucks says: The best place to take your leak.

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
