Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I am blown away at the skill level my repairman Sergio had. He went above and beyond to solve my plumbing problem. He was courteous curtains and sensitive to my problem. He gave me many options and so much information on the different options to make the best one for my problem. He was great. I can’t say enough fantastic things about him. Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Peter was great! He was able to get me going through a clogged kitchen sink with company over and then came back the next day after it was stuck again and fixed it for good. Stellar customer service knowledgeable and cool.

When we called Jimmy Joe's Plumbing they told us they would come the next day as it was not an urgent repair. Terry from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. Replaced water heater with a new one and replaced cold water flex line and reconnected t&p drain pipe in an efficient manner. First time using this company and will definitely use for future needs. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!
