Best Water Heater Install in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

John Williams was our repairman today. He resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Just because he fixed the problem, he didn't stop there. He then fixed the root cause to the issue, and solved an additional issue on another unit at the house. His thoroughness and caring to our problems is greatly appreciated. Plus, he's just a nice man. Skilled, consciousness, and nice. Can't beat it.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Spring a leak in the pipe to my shower. Technician had to remove the shower and tub to fix the leak. Work was well done, reasonably priced and performed quickly.

Such a great company! They were able to come out to fix my issue quickly, communicated both the day before my appointment to confirm as well as letting me know when he was on the way. He was very friendly and efficient, showed me the issue and got it taken care of right away plus the price was very affordable. Office Staff was friendly and responsive, plumber was on time and completed the needed work in a very timely fashion, plus he was knowledgeable and picked up after himself. A great company. They are straight forward with you, no gimmicks. We had a circ. pump replaced and not only were they fast in getting the new one installed but they were honest about the work they did. They saved me over $100 by reusing my piping instead of using new copper. They could have easily charged me for it and I would have never known the difference. It's great to know that there are companies out there like this. I will be going back to Rooter 4Less for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

They replaced a tank less water heater on a rental of mine but are way over priced. They didn't even breakout the parts vs. labor charges. I will not be using them in the future.

Repaired one part for toilet, checked for leak. Made 3 trips and charged an enormous amount of money. Would not use again or recommend. Then at the end, demanded, not asked for money. As I do it via bill pay so it takes a few days more.
