It was a frustrating project because the first Rheem gas hot water heater was defective and Eddie had to return it to Home Depot. The second hot water heater was damaged. Luckily the third hot water heater worked. Eddie stuck with the job and kept us informed. Through no fault of Delta Mechanical, we did not have water until 10:30 p.m. I am grateful Eddie persevered and was able to successfully complete the installation on the same day we called Delta Mechanical.
