John Williams was our repairman today. He resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Just because he fixed the problem, he didn't stop there. He then fixed the root cause to the issue, and solved an additional issue on another unit at the house. His thoroughness and caring to our problems is greatly appreciated. Plus, he's just a nice man. Skilled, consciousness, and nice. Can't beat it.

I recently had a water heater installed and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The technician who installed the unit was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of my questions. The water heater itself is working perfectly and I have had no issues with it. I would highly recommend them for any water heater installation needs and I give them a 5-star rating.

Frank showed up in time, efficiently took care of scheduled RO maintenance. Asked if anything else needed attention, I explained kitchen faucet he installed last year was behaving slightly differently (subtlety too involved to detail) but still performed well; Frank suggested a fix that may prevent a greater problem later. He explains problems and potential solutions clearly, welcomes questions. A personable professional.

Our guest bath toilet was running and would not stop. The shut-off at the fixture was frozen and we had to shut off water to the home. I am an American Home Shield customer, and they contracted with Summit Plumbing Pros. Since this was a moderately urgent matter, I phoned Summit. Greeted by an automated attendant, I left a message at 3:45 PM. By 4:03 PM I had a return call. Summit could schedule service for the next morning with a window between 8 a.m. and noon.

The next day, the plumber, Christian, phoned to say he was on his way at 8:59 a.m. He arrived within 10 minutes and fixed my toilet in less than half an hour. Christian was professional and efficient.

I was very impressed that Summit responded so quickly with a brand new home warranty customer. I can't say enough positive things about Christian and Summit. I will ask American Home Shield to use them for all my future plumbing needs. I fully recommend Summit Plumbing Pros.

We have a rental home and needed to have the water heater replaced and we called around and decided to use this place to replace our water heater and we are happy with the price and our tenant is also happy that the guy came right out and got it done fast.

I will use this place in the future when we need a plumber and the reason is they were easy to deal with and honest on the price as well as quick to get the job done.

Watch out for this company!! My home warranty assigned this company to repair my water leak. Technician (Nick) showed up and reported that my tub was missing parts that are not even missing. He sent the report to my home warranty so he knew that my home warranty will deny my claim by saying that my tub was missing parts. So his intention was to not deal with my home warranty because probably they don’t get enough money for this repairs. Then he emailed us a quote so we can hire them directly. He was also insisting in calling a restoration company for them to get also a piece of the pie. My home warranty denied my claim due to his dishonest report. I had to spent 2 hours on phone talking with a supervisor from the home warranty explaining how this technician lied and made a fake diagnostic report of my leak. Home warranty reviewed the report that Nick sent to them and also the email-quote that he sent to us where it shows that he made two different reports. Finally my home warranty reopened my claim and assigned a different contractor. I called them to submit a complaint. A couple of hours later his supervisor called me just to justify and cover up his actions. Clearly he is not acting alone. Please be really careful with this company, because they will try to rip you off. They don’t want a home warranty to get involved since they know that they won’t pay them the amount they normally charge for a regular customer. I will submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I don’t want anybody to be a victim of this rats.
