My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

At first I was unsatisfied with quality of work the toilet install left water tank wobbly and toilet repair flush was very weak so I called roto rooter regarding the issues. Happy to say they came out the very next morning corrected all the issues in both bathrooms and they been working perfect ever since. Phend's plumber (Tyler) was friendly, on time, efficient and solved my problem with a leaking pressure reducing valve---not a common repair job. He answered my questions and solved my problem and only had to turn off the household water supply for a short time. I couldn't be happier. My sister had a recent similar very positive experience with replacing a broken toilet, and I took her recommendation and used Phend for the first time.
