I broke an outside water spicket today, and called Rooter Hero. Their plumber showed up on time and walked me through every scenario. He even asked me if I wanted to watch the repair he would do and I did. He talked me through every part of this job and was very professional. Did I mention it was 108 degrees today. We remodeled a bathroom. They had to come out a few times, first to cap off pipes from a removed tub, then to install shower & faucets. While here, they checked another bathroom toilet. They had to return a few times for that toilet (not due to them, wrong item was delivered to them). They got everything going in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves & were professional & pleasant. Would use them again.

Jimmy Joe was referred to me by a friend. He is a great master plumber with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. He is the best plumber I have ever had.

Would not recommend this company. Owner states I don't even live in AZ, however I have lived in Gilbert, Az for 4 years now. Did not like the service I received from Rooter 4 Less. Everyone who has given you a negative review, you reply blaming them.

On 9/17/18 my kitchen drain was stopped up, I called a well known pluming company in for a $83.00 snake the drain.
To make a long story short, the $83.00 snake the drain, turned into $468.00 bill after they brought in a water jet, when that did not work they brought in a drain camera, and told me where the stoppage was.
The stoppage was 12’ from the cleanout, yet they told me they had 40’ of snake in the drain.
Before they left they gave me a $2,545.50 estimate to dig up the lines and find and fix the problem.
They left, problem still not solved!

The next morning I called the well known plumber company and asked to speak with some one in charge, and was told they would call back.
They never returned my call, needless to say I put a stop payment on the check.

I decided to get a second opinion on the stoppage, and called Plumber from Down Under (Anthony)
Anthony put the snake in the clean out, and solved the problem in less then 10 minutes, and charged $100.00

They replaced an old pressure reducing valve off the main waterline that had split open. After contacting 2 other plumbers, that I had used in the past with no response, I contacted Travis & Sons. 3 words - Fast, convenient, professional. I would use them again.

Anthony was our service person. He was respectful, hard working, problem solving and fair with us. It was very hot outside and he never wasted a minute of time. Roto Rooter is lucky to have a service person like Anthony.

Dave was very good and quality conscious of the job. He was on time and completed the job in about 1 - 1/2 hours. I would certainly use this company again in the future.
