We had a serious water pressure/hot water problem for our shower and also the drainage problem within our bathroom sink.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

We called Rooter Hero the evening we were trying to give the water heater its yearly flushing out. (Later learned we were suppose to be doing that twice a year) We discovered the leak at that point. Josef the manager came out personally to assess the situation. That is when I learned that the handyman who did my last repair on the water heater was quite creative in his repair work (Discovered the same level of creatively when it came to the garbage disposal that died the next day.) So unfortunately the weekend this all happened was the same weekend the place to pick up the new water heater and garbage disposal was closed for inventory. Everytime there was an update on when we would be able to get the new equipment. Josef came to tell me in person and to make arrangments for when the work would get done.
For the last five years I have dealt with handymen and professional companies that have done shody work, not return to finish the job etc.
Josef was honest with me from the start as to what the situation was , the choices I had and the predictable consequences that would likely be the results depending on what course of action I choose. I am a straight forward , honest person and appreciate Josefs honesty and straight foeward approach along with the Rooter Hero Co. that came through with their word that they were going to make this situation right! Our water heater started to leak on a Saturday mid afternoon. Called Phend for the first time ever and they had Korey out here within a couple of hours. The warehouse was already closed when he tried to pick up a new water heater for us around 5:00. He came back first thing Sunday morning and had the job done in no time. Aspen Plumbing was one of two local plumbers I had bidding to replace my gas water heater. While the other company seemed like they would do a satisfactory job, Scott from Aspen really went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of (stopping the flow of water to and from the old unit, making sure we could still use our cold water, etc.) before quoting the job and working with us to schedule the replacement. The turnaround time was very fast, the pricing competitive, and Scott was really nice to work with. Would 100% recommend Aspen to anyone.
