Teo came out and got right to work to fix my leaky faucet on the side of the house. He was quick, and knew exactly what to do. He removed some piping and added a 1 to 3/4 adapter and then added a new spigot. It works great now an no leaks. He was quick to respond to come out and he was very pleasant to talk to and explain what he was doing. He was truly concerned about providing quality work and giving great customer service. He did a great job. I will use him again should I have more issues in the future!

Called company first thing one recent morning because my RO (reverse osmosis) system was leaking. They were able to send plumber the same day (Frank, who is skilled, polite & clear with w/explanation). He showed up on time - company vehicle stocked with all items possibly needed and able to take care of this issue during the same service call. Indeed recommend them!

911 heating, cooling, and plumbing has been absolutely incredible to me and my family. We had them out once because our hot water heater broke. Scott came out same day and fixed it. Then, our air conditioning quit the next night in the middle of summer. Darrell was there before 10am and before my thermostat crossed 80 degrees.
